Proper protection helps minimize the risk of these diseases. It is also recommended to thoroughly check your horse for ticks after every ride.

The oil can be mixed into the feed or administered undiluted. Since horses absorb nutrients much more efficiently, the dosage is significantly lower than for dogs. We recommend 2 drops of Attack Protect per day for every 100 kg of the horse’s body weight. It can also be applied topically, for example, to the head, groin area, and legs.

Tick protection is especially important starting with the first warm days of spring, as ticks become active at temperatures around 7 °C. In regions with mild winters, protection may even be necessary year-round.
